Besides our creative operational approach we have also been innovative in the design of our outsourcing agreements.  Instead of the traditional binding terms that require firms to commit to all aspects of an operation (e.g. labor and equipment) for a lengthy term, we approach each engagement individually and customize it to each client's individual needs.  We can structure agreements to include only certain components of an operation and provide flexible terms around pricing and duration.
